Second time they canceled my order and want to give me a credit for a portion of the amount they took out. When I advised them of this they removed the credit completely and I cannot reach them by phone.
1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I received rotten and moldy strawberries, and the mold was clearly visible in the pictures I submitted. These strawberries were packed together with other food items, creating a serious food safety risk. Despite providing clear photo evidence, DoorDash refused to issue a refund.
