Great place for ramen...even better place for the small plates and drinks. Service was exceptional, Chris is a stand out. The oysters are a must...very fresh and the yuzu mignonette was beyond delicious.the lili sake was fresh, floral and fruity. The Ramen is customizable. I had the Shoyu broth and it was flavorful. Came with friends and we ordered a variety of foods, all delicious. Will definetly come again.
Tried this place for the first time . Was given a menu that said 12$ bun of the day. Which included 2 buns. They were delicious. When I got the bill it said 14$ when I asked about what happened to 12$ I was told the menu prices have changed and I was charged 14 for the buns the menu said 12. They didnt adjust the price which is a shame because food was great and I would've came back had they adjusted it. Sure its 2 dollars but the menu we looked at said 12, not 14. Im dissapointed
I’m new to the area after living in Santa Cruz, and I honestly didn’t expect to find food out here that hit the same notes I was used to on the West Coast. But Dashi surprised me in the best way. The flavors were brighter and more layered than a lot of places I’ve tried back in California, and there was this warmth to the whole experience that felt really grounding.
