UPDATE: Dr. Mercer-Dasher was concerned by my review and contacted me herself about the problems I had when I went there last July. In addition to the customer service problems I had experienced at that time, I also had experienced issues with the glasses and sunglasses themselves (not correcting my vision completely/giving me headaches) which I did not have fixed due to my decision to never return.
