I booked an 8:30 AM appointment with Alex over a week in advance. You’d think with that much notice, he’d be able to show up on time and be ready to work. Instead, he showed up over 30 minutes late with none of the tools or equipment needed to do the job. Not even an apology for the delay, no heads-up, nothing. Excellent job. On time, and very clean and perfectly placed. I love that he came to my house. I will definitely be using Alex again for my other car. Also, if you need advice on what dashcam to get, just ask and he will help you out.

My experience exceeded my expectations. He was very professional and knowledgeable about installing dash cams. I would advise purchasing a dash cam from him, instead of ordering from Amazon. We ran into some technical difficulties but the issue was able to be resolved.
