Unprofessional.
I booked an 8:30 AM appointment with Alex over a week in advance. You’d think with that much notice, he’d be able to show up on time and be ready to work. Instead, he showed up over 30 minutes late with none of the tools or equipment needed to do the job. Not even an apology for the delay, no heads-up, nothing. But I tried to be understanding and gave him the benefit of the doubt. I rescheduled for the very next day again, 8:30 AM. And guess what? He was 30 mins late AGAIN. Excellent job. On time, and very clean and perfectly placed. I love that he came to my house. I will definitely be using Alex again for my other car. Also, if you need advice on what dashcam to get, just ask and he will help you out.
