Put a remote starter in my 2019 Dodge Ram. They were able to get me in quickly and get the starter installed. However, they neglected to tell me that Dodge Rams will not allow certain procedures to take place after they’ve been started, such as doors being automatically locked when remote start is in use. I was told it wasn’t a big deal that I would have to restart my truck any time it accidentally shut off after I simply opened the unlocked door.
