If I could give zero stars I would! This place is definitely a scam! Dropped off my cluster for an 04 Dodge ram to get checked out because I suspected my cluster was draining my battery. Dropped off my cluster for them to verify and check if it's actually the cluster causing my battery drain. This is a complete scam. I bought a cluster from them which didn’t display mileage. I knew this was possible. I sent them my broken cluster and the one I just bought from them to copy the info to the new one. They went and ahead and did the work without authorization, refused to provide a warranty to guarantee their work and then raised the price 20% when I finally agreed to go ahead. I was so pleased to find the people at Dashboard Instrument Cluster. My vehicle was to the point of being undriveable yet it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The lights started failing, the cluster was illuminating throughout the night causing several dead batteries that could not be charged, chimes would go off while driving and then when I got to my destination and parked the vehicle it would not start again.
