Mark was very reasonable, honest, and did a great job. As poorly made as most RV’s are, his contact details should be worth your RV’s weight in gold. He jumped through the warranty company’s hoops for us and made the repair process a breeze. We plan to use him moving forward any time we have a problem!
We’ve called on Mark for the past 4 years for anything RV repair related. When it was time for a new water heater we called Mark at Dash Mobile RV Service. He was quick with the estimate, and ordering the parts we needed. He was also quick on the install. I wish I had the option to give more stars for Mark. I called him later in the day on a Friday as we were having issues with our leveling system. As we found out later, he was on his way to visit with family he hadn’t seen in a couple of weeks, but Mark did not leave us stranded. After trying to help us troubleshoot over the phone with no success, Mark turned around and came to the park we were at to help us.
