This place is great! We run a plumbing company in Davis county and can’t afford to have our trucks in the shop during the week… Dash comes out to our shop on a Saturday and does all the oil changes at one time so it keeps them all on the same schedule as well! Thanks for keeping our fleet running great!
Jordan was very quick with my oil change! Seriously was 15 minutes before he knocked on my door and told me my vehicle was ready! My drive way was clean, my car was oil free and the oil light was off. I will use Dash again
I started this subscription at the beginning of January 2024 and had my first oil change at the end of January. It was okay, they outsourced to a third party which was a red flag but sounded like they were just getting started and going so I kept the subscription. Come time for my second 6 month subscription payment in July and it went through and I scheduled my appt in August......NOTHING! No text or phone call saying they need to reschedule or they were late. I heard nothing....they ghosted me and took my subscription paym... read more

Today, I wrote with trepidation a poor review. However, a Dash representative contacted me and was sincerely apologetic and wanted to make things right. Dash offered to complete the service tomorrow, at no charge. I accepted the service and declined the "no charge". I am happy to pay for a valuable service. AND I can honestly say I love house call car maintenance. It is the best! Dash acknowledged the error and apologized. I accepted and we are back to being best friends again!! Thank you Team DASH!
