Very clean. Nice staff. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is they only have (4) 20 lb machines that are in constant use and the customers are good at keeping an eye in their times the staff is not. Waited 20 minutes after the cycle finished for the staff to unload them (all were in use by staff).
I love in Fall River Ma and I go out of my way to do laundry at Dash in Dartmouth Ma. The staff and owner are absolutely amazing. The shop is always clean and the prices are the best. Thank you for your help and your kindness
Everything was neatly folded. I had just bought some gently used clothes for my kids, and the workers left the hangers and took excellent care of the clothing.
To the owner it was not a mistake in the system, the lady at the counter told me the lady the night before messed it up and sent it out but you were also aware that happened and didnt attempt to let me know it was mistake before I come to pick up, so I showed up to pick up my laundry and it wasnt done and she told me it was because the lady the night before did it not because the system. And you only refunded 33 dollars out of a 74 dollars order and I still took the laundry home barley dry and not folded.
Good/ cloths are clean; but it's very expensive compared to other laundry mats that offer discounts for senior and military
