New management very rude to me the last two times I visited Montgomery Rd store Sunday at 645 pm
I went to use my app when purchasing an item, and use my app points in the process. The cashier told me if it didn't properly work, I could come back and have them fix it. Well, I figured out right after the purchase it wiped all of my discounts away, and gave me a $1 discount when I had more discounts than that (I have a screen shot proving this).
