My smoothie didn’t fill up to be a large , but Donald insisted on charging me $3.00 for a half of cup of smoothie… I believe there needs to be a customer service training module for this location… besides that, I love the store.
Stopped at my local Ellicott City location and the experience was great as always and the employee, Erin who helped me, helped me to see that the coupon I was trying to use was incorrect and though I paid for everything, she realized it didn't work and returned the coupon for me to use properly in the next purchase!
