I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ what “ product they use “ for dry cleaning . My husband’s shirts were dirty when I picked them , they offered to wash the shirt again but the results were same. I was even able to smell my husband’s perfume after dry cleaning .

Terrible service I paid almost 50 dls. To wash and iron several clothes for when I saw the need to use them I discovered that they looked dirty, ironed but dirty! the neck still had makeup stains, spots under the armpits bone I did not use them ... I decided to go to make the claim and the smooth employee far from apologizing and trying to solve the problem, I treated myself badly and said I could not do Nothing, I don't even try to call the manager, as I request it, I will never return to that laundry in my life and NOT REC... read more

Don't go here for your dry cleaning. Employees are rude and don't deal in customer service.

Don't go, take your items elsewhere. I have waited a month for a $200 comforter and have had so much back and forth. They had it in "processing" for 3 weeks and only when they told me that the Severna Park location cleans the clothes did someone say that they lost the tag.....wow it took that long for them to be honest... terrible. They said they found my item but it turned out to be some other poor person's comforter. Still waiting for by comforter.
