Worst dealership ever
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to buy a car last may, and when looking at the car, noticed a small amount of damage on the trunk so requested carfax, they said they checked the carfax and it it says no accident was reported, and that it must have been nothing major. went through with buying the car that was 18k. I put 10k down and imagine my surprise when my loan came back for 18k (should have been 12k) upon harassing them with calls and never getting anywhere I found over 8k in warranties that they said they could do nothing abo... read more
this dealership is no good to anyone. I bought a car from them in Milford Ct on 10/4/2022 and took it off the lot and the engine light came on broug ht the car back same day, a sensor light and fuel pump. they said they fixed it brought it a week later and been back every sent it is 1/23 and the same thing every time bad dearlership
1st contact with this dealer associate informed us that the vehicle we were looking at was not at this location and we would have to see it in Jersey. Thankfully the next day I called to confirm its location and a different associate who was very polite did inform me that it was in fact located in Milford. Had I not called, we would have waisted a trip to Jersey for no reason. Associate proceeded to schedule an appointment so that we could see the vehicle, drive and review options. I never financed a vehicle before and the experience I had at DashCars made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. Joey Lobello took care my concerns and addressed every question I had to ask. One thing to note is he is consistent on his efforts to find me a solution👍 I felt welcomed and treated as a person not like a customer which is big to me.
