MRCOOL has outstanding customer service. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly the company responded to my concern about a defective AC unit. They promptly provided a solution and shipped me a brand-new replacement within just a few days. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I'm extremely happy not only with the quality of the product but also with the exceptional support I received. It's refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products and values its customers. I highly recommend... read more
Great experience working with this team. Highly recommended.
The best price in town! Love these guys. They even helped me load my new 12k in the car. And when I got home, installing it was a breeze!!!
Pretty eazy installation
We are so grateful for Sean and his team. Our condenser had issues and Sean helped us file for a brand new replacement from the manufacturer. The techs are highly skilled and their price is very reasonable. Sean is super honest, very thorough in explaining the issues, and has great integrity. We highly recommend this business.
