Edit - Never again will I do business with this place. Stay far, far, away! I'm still paying on a machine after over a year because not one person there thought to check if I have coverage with my insurance. I've never been so mad in my life!! You can't get through to anyone on the phone, so good luck trying to figure out what you are being billed for! After, 10 days since my husband has been home we still have no concentrator. A script was sent on Tues, last week. Dasco is saying that they need a flow chart, I have no idea what that is. DASCO, go above and beyond and call the rehab or Dr's office and request it! What the heck am I sposed to do?
Service is great from Fremont when delivering and setting up. The large problem was when I no longer needed it and almost a year later the machine is still sitting here. Emailed and on-site contact with only one response. They emailed they would pick it up last June 16, never showed but continued to charge my card four times. Ended up disputing the final charge of the cost of the whole machine and won that in a reverse. Yet today, I was again billed $508.50.
