This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the medical industry. They send me letters saying I'm past due on invoices I've never received. Then, when I finally get an invoice, I try to pay it and it shows me only options to pay two other invoices I have never received but not the one in front of me. When I log in, it shows the one I actually have, but as paid. Worst customer service EVER!!! They out source to India where the customer service people have basic training, basic knowledge, a basic manual and are basically useless. They have messed up my bill numerous times, never answer emails sent to "contact us", never send" change password" links and you can never get an American. My bill was supposed to be totally paid on Oct 1, 2025 and I received a pay now notice 2 weeks later. Very disappointed with DASCO. I called the main number to find out if they carry the device I was looking for. The agent I spoke with confirmed, they carry the unit I needed for my daughter after surgery so I had her doctor’s office fax the order and information over to get her order started. I called several times checking on the status of her order and to confirm DASCO received it and was told the order was received and it usually only takes 1-2 days to process to make sure insurance will cover the unit.
