Thoroughly professional. These people are car people, they take pride in what they do. And it’s somehow, surprisingly, reasonably priced
Great customer service by Hunter and amazing clean shop. Fully booked and my Audi q5 was acting up. Drove by since I was near without an appt. Hunter was kind and offer to do a Quick Look at the engine and my concern how it driving, he inform me what it can be and what to look for, gave me a quick quote and hopefully schedule an detail inspection. Something other shops would’ve charge me, hunter was kind and didn’t. I recommend any European shops to look into this place.
I drive a 2024 VW GLI and the shop owner, Raul, is great to work with. He always explains in detail what’s going on with my vehicle, if ever I have a concern. I trust him over all of the technicians at the local VW dealerships. This guy knows his stuff and is very helpful. I got my engine tuned a week ago and then the final adjustment was made today. My GTI went into limp mode so I took it to the dealership I normally go to. They looked at it, but couldn't give me a definitive answer and thought the tune might be the problem. I bought it used, and don't have any info on the modifications done. I took it to Das Auto and kept my fingers crossed. The entire experience was pretty great from start to finish.
