THIS GUY DAVE dont trust him he sold me a piece of crap mobile home back in 09 had major leaks tried to hide the lot rent going up had major mold problems electrical plumbing etc etc bought for 28000 put in 6000 and cant even get 15000 for it do not trust him he lies i bought this in warren i hope to run into him again
