Great combo of weights (free and machine), cardio machines, large multi-use gym (basketball, pickleball, volleyball, etc) with walking/running track affixed up above it, and large multi-lane pool. Lots of classes (HIIT, etc), and pleasant, helpful staff. Family friendly. Big thumbs up from this physical therapist.
Very nice place. Looks just like the photos. I cannot wait to start using the membership. My kids will love this place too. I will be using this place all the time to get fit and to give my kids things to do.
Wish it was bigger. city needs to make a 2nd one on eastside. love indoor track. wish there was a sauna
