Very quick to see me the same day, listened to my issue and showed genuine concern.
Dr Das is very attentive as well as his staff. Excellent at diagnosing and treating my issues
It was a lengthy wait to be called but we addressed every problem and found solutions to it very quickly
He listens to his patients. Willing to hear their thoughts on their problems. You can get an appointment rather quickly but expect to wait at least an hour. He can do ultrasound and gyn stuff right in the office. Office staff needs prodding on refills and stuff. We like him. Not for everyone.
Terrible receptionists, don't expect to be called back. They want you to do all the work and check with your insurance for this and that, even though they are fully capable and it's their job. Dr. Das is awful, when I went in for a follow-up he had to ask me everything he asked me my first appointment because no one was taking proper notes. Also, my insurance covered my medication and would reimburse this doctor, but he was too cheap to go through with it.
