Excellent customer service-those guys really know how to take care of their customers. They go over and beyond to make sure that the customers are satisfied with their car repairs.
I moved to TX 10 yrs ago and had the good fortune of finding Das European Autohaus almost immediately. Great people! The owner is honest and has always been straightforward about needed repairs and maintenance. He'll work with me for options that work with my budget. For example, recentllll the headliner came loose from my sun roof hatch. A new part would be >$500. Absolutely unacceptable quote! I called Das European Autohaus for an Audi A5 window regulator repair. They quoted me an outrageous $1,000 total, including an exorbitant $750 for labor alone. When I tried to negotiate the labor or simply pay for labor since I could source the part cheaper, they showed zero willingness to compromise or even discuss it. Great business! I figured I would stick to local owned European car shops once I got my Mercedes, and I was glad to do so. Super friendly on the phone and knowledgeable about any questions I had. The interior is nicely decorated, and waiting room has some amenities and it's fun to browse through car magazines they have. Will definitely stick to service from this shop and prices are great, especially in comparison to other shops I called around to.
