Called in unannounced while visiting Horsham today and the guys fitted us in on a Friday afternoon and sorted out our problem in our Colorado and got us back on the road. Thank you so much, Mark
Firstly customer service and interaction when you walk in the door is very poor. Live half way between Horsham and Bendigo and the job I had them do, I've had done 3 times at different electricians in Bendigo and Shepparton. Robertson were a $1000 dearer. 1 day job elsewhere takes them 2 ?? When questioned the guy at the counter, he checked pricing and found that several parts had been charged twice.
