Due to traffic congestion and then construction, I was a few minutes late for my first appointment! NOT a good first impression from me! I was told at check-in I was fine. Called back within 3 minutes, in a room for 1 minute and Dr came in. Dr Miller was knowledgeable, friendly and let me know exactly what to expect in the next several weeks while my injury heals.
I would highly recommend Dr. Miller for his expertise and patience. He spent time thoroughly explaining my test results, then went over what to expect before/after surgery. My surgery was very successful, and should I ever need knee surgery in the future, I will be visiting Dr. Miller!

He is efficient in his exam and clear in both his instructions and why he chooses a particular recommendation. He is consistent in these characterizations from one appointment to the next.
