Absolutely the worst location or office in USA. Have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month and I literally call them everyday and wait on the call for almost 25 mins before hanging up and I still haven't been able to talk to a real person.
Patient of 5+ years, however, refused to take me for my current pregnancy saying they are down 3 providers and don’t have enough appointments for the current mid-pregnancy patients they are caring for. Okay - but they provided absolutely zero support with recommendations for a new provider or getting my records transferred. Surprising to experience and hear off other established patients being treated with such disregard. Months later the problem still has not been resolved.
I called here in January to make an appointment and they told me they would call me back at the end of April to schedule an appointment in May or June. They never called back! Don't waste your time!
I loved this place because of Danielle Leven and I just found out she left. No notice to the patients. I called for a prescription refill and that’s how I found out. Also never received my reminder card in the mail to make my annual appointment although I fill that card out every time I go. Terrible customer service. Now I have an appointment with some unknown doctor. Fantastic!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I am absolutely fed up with the people here. I have been running in circles with this company for years now and I am finally at my wits end. Today is just one example of many that I have. I called and stayed on hold for 30 mins only to have some of the worst customer service! Not only did I find out through MY PHARMACY that they were not longer approving my prescription but when I called I found out I was supposed to schedule my annual IN JANUARY!!!
