Provider left for the day before my son's appointment, without notice. The line of communication needs to be better.
Do not go here. Dr. Colden barely spent any time with me, ignored what I said, and moved on to the next patient. They clearly just care about money. They will not treat you with respect or kindness. Front desk was disorganized and somewhat incompetent. Go to New England ENT instead.
I had a very negative experience at this practice. I visited Dr. Colden to review my CT scan and for consultation. After two appointments, he never reviewed the scan (and he lost the CD). To make matter worst, I paid a more expensive co-pay that I should have. After a couple of phone calls and one month waiting time , this matter has not yet been resolved. It appears that the staff is very disorganized and impolite. I agree with the characterization of a money hungry practice.
