Complete lack of availability and professionalism from Daryl. He does not return phone calls and is rarely available when calling his office. He likes to send brochures and new insurance offers but does not make himself available when you need actual help. Avoid this guy and buy your policy from someone else.

We just met with Daryl yesterday as part of the "Steer Clear" State Farm program. The program is for young drivers. One of the steps of this program was to meet with our agent and discuss insurance and safety concerns with our teenage driver.
