I worked with Darya on a Chapter 7 BK. It was, of course, a difficult period in life and it was so great to have someone be understanding, professional and with a godlike level of administrative efficiency. She's worth every penny. You will not find a better ally in a chaotic time. If you've been wondering what to do, just call her first. At about 4:30pm, in about 2013, I decided to throw in the towel after trying to deal with my overwhelming legal issue alone.
