I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Darwin Homes as my landlord. Currently, my water has been off for over 48 hours, and despite multiple calls, no one has provided any meaningful help or compensation. I have children and nowhere to shower or use the bathroom — this is unacceptable. This isn’t the first issue either. My A/C was broken for two months during hot weather, and again, no one from Darwin Homes reached out, updated me, or offered any sort of compensation for the major inconvenience. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Actually nonexistent. I have called numerous times numerous different numbers. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever calls me back. This company is pathetic.

They did a great job! Very good with keeping us informed with our project. They finished the drywall in our bathroom and it looks amazing!
