This gym is run by a local owner therefore no corporate profits. Price is very reasonable; if you need assistance with your level of training weither it be pro, semi pro, beginer..ect the management helps you with their in depth wisdom and knowledge. No bull s*** approach to getting true results. No better gym in the area.
Good location, friendly staff, great prices. Theyve made a lot of improvements in the past few years and have almost all new equipment. No more waiting for machines which is a plus. The owner is really nice and helps you out a lot. I like that the aerobics classes dont cost anything extra.
the place is ok but is too cramped because the building is attached to a bar. Not the best layout
Friendly staff, clean environment and friendly members. Good equiptment but an awkward layout. Plenty of room during the day, but around 3:30-6:00 the wait for equiptment slows your workout. Younger members talking on cellphones while sitting on equiptment can be a problem.
Friendly Staff , Owner is down to earth good to the people and been in the business for 18 yrs. Great equipment, Hrs are perfect and the price is right.A health Club where u feel welcomed and no animals running around to mess things up.
Out of date equipment, a bit crowded and appointment scheduling is difficult.
