I like how the ppl on here posting bad reviews have more bad reviews then good ones must mean its its just you and not the establishment s . Great ppl

My interaction with the lady who called me was very good. I explained I couldn't pay everything up front and explained I'm working FT, in school FT, my husband is in school FT, and we have 2 children. She listened and was so kind, and helped set up a payment plan and let me pay biweekly on my paydays and first payment she deferred a week to take out on my payday. I haven't heard from them since and it's all paid off!

Rude and mean. I had a medical bill from the end of April that wasn't fully paid so it was turned over in July. They hounded and wouldn't let me complete a sentence when trying to figure out the situation. I had made 3 payments they didn't have record of and they told me to Fax in proof. She also told me that it really didn't matter what I sent in bc I still needed to pay the full amount. BTW, it was a total of $135. Im not a deadbeat, just a normal person with bills.
