I've got a few weird sensitivities around common dental products/ingredients and have felt dismissed or been outright ignored by other dental practices, here however I felt both understood and respected 🙏🏼so thank you
The practice itself is nice and the dentist was friendly and thorough and great with my kids. I did find myself paying out of pocket after claiming with private health so it might pay to check what you are covered before.
Disorganised, one receptionist hard to understand, turned up for an appt but it had been changed without advising me. Had better cleans, disappointed with the result. Same teeth whitening product much cheaper online than what they sell it for. Charge clients more for attending Fannie Bay than the Gateway practice. Attended Fannie Bay practice to collect a product but it was closed yet online stated it was open. Will never go back.
