The place looked like something from the eastern block with metal grids at the windows. Reception was closed when I got there. Had no reception on phone therefore unable to ring assistance numbers. Stood around for 40 minutes before another guest rang the numbers for me, getting through to an answer phone. Another 3 guests turned up also unable to access rooms. Unfriendly reception, was lucky to find someone. The room didn’t look like on the adds and was completely dirty / not clean at all. The furniture/equipment was run down.
