Purchased an Outlander for my wife in March 2025 and recently a Triton in November 2025 from Mitsubishi Darwin. Our salesperson, Shehan, was ok to deal with. The entire process was smooth and professional, with clear communication and genuine advice throughout. Overall, the purchasing experience was ok and Shehan was ok.
UPDATE – September 2026 Unfortunately, my experience since purchasing the vehicles has changed my view of DMS Mitsubishi Darwin considerably. The original sales experience with Shehan was excellent and I stand by everything I wrote below. However, the after-sales/service experience with my Triton GSR has been extremely disappointing.
