A classic case of terrible post-sale service and empty promises. Before they got my deposit, communication was excellent. Once the booking amount was paid, they ignored my calls and literally told me, 'you are not the only customer we have.' Furthermore, they promised a full tank of fuel on delivery but held it hostage, saying I had to leave a 5-star review first to get it.
