After calling to book an appointment, which was confirmed. I then received message when I’m about to pull into the driveway that keys were forgotten and would need to cancel. Then calls me back 10 mins later saying could see me at 6 he would go home to Katy and get a key and meet me back at place for massage. I booked an appt for which Alex told ME that He was available at 4 pm. I was running 5 minutes late so I text him Prior to let him know. I arrived at 4:06 and no one is there. I text and called numerous times and NEVER received a response or explanation. Still ....crickets
