Brought up the paint issues in October. Finally someone got back to us. Took the car in so photos could be taken on 24th December No communication. Contacted LDV Australia, they said they can't do anything. Finally got a call, but it was to have more photos taken in February yet again. Then the week after, more photos. I wish darwin LDV was my local service Centre and dealership. I am travelling from Victoria on a long-term trip, and while the LDV T60 Max Plus 2024 Has held up on some of the hardest roads in Australia, From Melbourne to Perth to Broome to Darwin and beyond, As always, there’s some little hiccups along the way. Some of the worst customer service you can get. My vehicle has been with them for nearly two montha now, constantly allow the phone to ring out, do not return phone calls when you leave a message and just plain ignore emails. If at all you have a choice, avoid them by any means necessary.
Brand new car and if if anything is wrong I have to continually chase them up. Never get a response or call back when they say they will. I have had to call back 4 times in regards to the same issue. Seems no one knows what is happening and have to explain myself every time I call up. Very bad customer service
