Some of the worst customer service you can get. My vehicle has been with them for nearly two montha now, constantly allow the phone to ring out, do not return phone calls when you leave a message and just plain ignore emails. If at all you have a choice, avoid them by any means necessary.
Brand new car and if if anything is wrong I have to continually chase them up. Never get a response or call back when they say they will. I have had to call back 4 times in regards to the same issue. Seems no one knows what is happening and have to explain myself every time I call up. Very bad customer service
