I put my Volkswagen cady in for a service and a puncture repair. Car was serviced and the tyre was not repaired and they charged me for it. When I queried this I was rudely told that I was a lier. I then requested them to repair the tyre for no charge as I had already been charged for a puncture repair when no puncture repair had been performed and I was rudely told no. I then requested to speak to the boss or manager and was told that he didn't want to hear about it. Disgraceful costumer service.
I recently had my secondhand Kia Rio purchased through Barramundi motors (for my daughter to attend university at Casuarina campus) serviced under extended warranty. Soon after my daughter noticed the car was not responding very well especially when starting from a stationary position, accelerating and going from first to second gear.
