The most incompetent, unprofessional, and downright pathetic excuse of a business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I purchased a brand new vehicle through Isuzu Darwin, and if I could go back in time, I’d rather set my money on fire than hand it over to this circus again. Customer service is non-existent. Terrible customer service, I knew I was only going to be in Darwin for a few days so booked my service well in advance. Dropped it off at 8am and had them drop me back to the caravan park as they don’t offer loan cars. 3:30pm They rang and said they are on the way to pick me back up. Got back to the dealership at 4pm and was told my car wasn’t ready yet and to take a seat. 30 minutes waiting and they tell me they didn’t service my car. Organised a car service while staying in Darwin in our caravan while traveling around Australia. Explained I was traveling and we were leaving the next day and would need the car finished. I also said I was riding my pushbike and would need half hour notice on pick up. The car had to be there at 8 am. I was told it might be ready around 3ish.
