After running into problems with my DMax on my travels near Alice Springs. And being told there would be a 10 day wait for parts l decided to get the work done in Darwin, as well as a service.l booked my DMax in for a service on the 13 of August . I arrived at Darwin Isuzu at 7.30 am only to be told it was changed to the 1st of September. These people are so useless l would not recommend anyone using their dealership. The only reason they have one star is because that’s the lowest you can nominate.
Booked my service in advance as I was travelling into Darwin. Dropped the car off and got the courtesy bus back to my accomodation and picked up in the afternoon. The car had a major service, that was no worries, and the service manager rang me with a small issue they found, the call was to let me know they got it sorted through warranty and the job would be completed by EOD. The young guy on the desk and the bus driver were very helpful. Cheers
The most incompetent, unprofessional, and downright pathetic excuse of a business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I purchased a brand new vehicle through Isuzu Darwin, and if I could go back in time, I’d rather set my money on fire than hand it over to this circus again. Customer service is non-existent. From the clueless admin staff who never follow up and then play silly buggers, to the smartass managers with a "oh well it is what it is" attitude- not one of them has the faintest idea of how to treat customer... read more
