I didn’t purchase my Isuzu from the Darwin dealership, and after my recent experience, I’m very glad I didn’t. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing, with poor communication throughout. When communication did occur, it was neither prompt nor helpful. The staff seemed more focused on telling me what I wanted to hear rather than addressing the actual issues. After running into problems with my DMax on my travels near Alice Springs. And being told there would be a 10 day wait for parts l decided to get the work done in Darwin, as well as a service.l booked my DMax in for a service on the 13 of August . I arrived at Darwin Isuzu at 7.30 am only to be told it was changed to the 1st of September. These people are so useless l would not recommend anyone using their dealership. The only reason they have one star is because that’s the lowest you can nominate.

Booked my service in advance as I was travelling into Darwin. Dropped the car off and got the courtesy bus back to my accomodation and picked up in the afternoon. The car had a major service, that was no worries, and the service manager rang me with a small issue they found, the call was to let me know they got it sorted through warranty and the job would be completed by EOD. The young guy on the desk and the bus driver were very helpful. Cheers
