Overcharging, un-necessary maintenance done without confirmation and invoice 5 times the expected
I took my car to Darwin Honda because I had 4 different alert / warning symbols on my dash that my mechanic couldn't fix. Silly me, I thought taking a Honda to a Honda repair centre would get me some specialist knowledge. Sadly, they charged me thousands of dollars and made it worse. They put an incorrect part in which blew up 3 new ABS systems and just kept telling me they were being provided with faulty parts. I still have not had an apology.
