Every time I go there, they help me re-regulate, ground myself, and help me talk about what's going on for me without making me feel like I'm crazy. They've successfully talked me down a few times when I've been on the edge ready to give up. Probably the first place I've ever been to with my mental health that has taken me seriously.

Service has been and always will be fantastic. Not sure why they've changed the name. Very confusing now. Why change the name? Head To Health was a way better name. New name sounds generic and cold. Also they don't do Medicare billing? What does this service have to do with Medicare? Pretty sure it's a political ploy that's been conveniently implemented close to the election. Only giving 5 stars because the staff are fantastic and the model of care is a refreshing change from the norm.
An amazing new (3yrs since it opened). I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff. A lot of experts, and not just that, they have empathy and are very supportive with their own stories. May not work for everyone, but this new model and approach is amazing.
Shame on you! How could you leave a person in need without helping them. The building is in a risky place and no proper parking, You might be safe, but not us. NT GOVERNMENT IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB PROPERPLY. PEOPLE need help but no one is doing anything about it. No wonder the suicide rate in NT 3 times higher in Australia than any other State or Territory (Canberra) Get your act together and start helping
