really amazing and all really good except for the one clinician who skimmed my files and assumed she knew everything about me, better than me, even before she had ever met me. Thank you for invalidating and preaching to me (incorrectly) about my experiences and feelings. sensory room is really nice but so cold
Appallingly poor understanding of what to do with someone approaching a mental health service. The "clinician" was clearly out if her depth and failed to deliver any meaningful support. Will never return.
Every time I go there, they help me re-regulate, ground myself, and help me talk about what's going on for me without making me feel like I'm crazy. They've successfully talked me down a few times when I've been on the edge ready to give up. Probably the first place I've ever been to with my mental health that has taken me seriously.

Service has been and always will be fantastic. Not sure why they've changed the name. Very confusing now. Why change the name? Head To Health was a way better name. New name sounds generic and cold. Also they don't do Medicare billing? What does this service have to do with Medicare? Pretty sure it's a political ploy that's been conveniently implemented close to the election. Only giving 5 stars because the staff are fantastic and the model of care is a refreshing change from the norm.
