I had a negative experience with Darwin Dermatology. I spent over 10 hours on hold trying to follow up a referral, only to drive to the clinic and find that the staff just choose not to answer the phone - even though there are no patients. The reception staff were rude when I pointed this out. This was fine for my complaint which was not life threatening, but it’s likely genuinely dangerous for others seeking referral for more serious things. All the staff at this medical centre are exceptional. Carla is highly skilled and so professional. Cala and all the team that assisted me are an asset to Darwin Dermatology. I 100% recommend this clinic.
Edit: results provided advising high risk…. Yet they’ve known this since 21st May and never told me I need more cautious removal. Thanks team. Not like this is Cancer or anything. You should be ashamed of yourselves risking people’s health like this. Disgusted. Original: WORST! Lie to you about having results. Can’t take down details correctly so they send them to an email that doesn’t exist. When you call concerned about results they just “send them again”.
