I wouldn't even give 1 star. I have been waiting for someone to ring me since MAY. I have rang 4 times and all 4 times reception says someone will call back. Disgusting service. STILL WAITING.
Carla is very good at her work and gentle and efficient. I have seen her twice and am happy to recommend her services.

Front reception staff lady absolutely Racist. Will treat you based on your colour and accent(if you are on phone call)
The front reception staff are a joke, they don't have any care factor at all . I was told that they will post my script BUT IF IT GETS LOST IN THE BARGAIN THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ,ONLY BECAUSE I ASKED THEM TO SEND MY SCRIPT TO THE PHARMACIST VIA EMAIL LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IN THE PAST 4 YRS OR SO .ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DONT DO THAT ANYMORE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS DR DEV IS AN AMAZING DERMATOLOGIST BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOUR STAFF NEED TO BE TRAINED.
