Not good at all. Very bad experience. Unprofessional. Worst medical centre in Australia.
Worst experience talking to the reciptionist she was very rude and left saying i dont want to talk to you. Doesn't deserve even 1 star
Just called to get an appointment for one of my kids and was told they have a clinic only policy to not see anyone who hasn't been in Darwin for 2 weeks. Didn't seem to care at all fo mry family's health. Don't use this clinic.
Not good at all. During the appointment I was told not to use this medical centre by the G.P as they are too busy. The words “find another G.P” were used.. very unprofessional
I was suffering from cold and severe fever since 2 days. I booked an appointment for 2:45 pm, went there and it was already 3:15 pm and still no sign of me getting checked up. The aircon was too low so i started feeling worse. I asked the receptionist how long do i need to wait for, she said she has NO IDEA, DOCTOR IS INSIDE WITH A PATIENT SINCE 45 mins, i started feeling worse so i had to get out of there.
