Dropped in on our travels as we had a couple of issues with our Crusader. These guys really looked after us and had the issues fixed in under an hour. Very happy to be able to just drop in and get looked at. Thanks to Ryan Jackson and the Boss. Cheers boys.
We’re travelling around Aus and have been trying in vain to get some small fixes done, and have been the can kicked down the road in every city since NSW, until Tony and Michelle offered to squeeze us in during our time here in Darwin and were able to help. Greatly appreciated! Tony is a no nonsense bloke who tells it exactly how it is, which in my opinion is great. Nice to meet someone who’s not in the business to line his pockets.
The most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Charging me $380 for a caravan service when all they fixed were the wheel bearings. Clearly no evidence of anything else been serviced. Then when I asked for a service report they couldn't provide one. Then when i asked for a refund the owner said he's keeping $100 for storage costs whilst I went overseas.. even though when I returned to pick it up on the scheduled day they hadn't even fixed the water pump I had asked them to fix, saying they've been too busy and they'd ... read more
