I wish my enquiry call to Steve at Darwin Auto Electrics, had been recorded. It would have be great to use for customer service training of how NOT to handle a call. This guy is rude, condescending and has an obnoxious attitude. It's a wonder how he gets any business..
I’ve been using these guys for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Darwin. In fact, I often hold off getting a job done down south so I can give them the job. They’re thorough, professional problem-solvers and in my experience as good as auto electricians get.
Not great. Not only was my problem not resolved. Additional problems were created and couldn’t be fixed by this company. Had to take my car somewhere else..
