Had my first appointment after a long time, Eloise was great and brought an end to a stressful experience with tooth pain with her care and compassion when explaining everything that had happened and setting out a plan going forward. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking high quality, professional & informative care.
Tried pulling my tooth out and failed and left me in agony
I'm trying to call them for a week now to change my appointment date, there is a queue system and when I reach the 1st position the call ends all the time, and if I request the call back feature they never call back. Absolutely horrendous. Zero stars
Well I am a new customer and just paid 65 pounds for a check up ....I need 2 fillings ..I have used what's app and email to get in contact ...and I just get ignored..not sure if I want my fillings done here now ...I feel like I have been conned..I'll keep trying
Pathetic service. Calling since morning and now it’s 1pm. Needed an urgent appointment no one is taking call. In severe pain and not getting hold of your own dentist. Atleast should take a call and tell if they can see me or not. Once they answered and put me in a waiting queue and when it’s my turn they disconnect call as they are receiving lots of calls like seriously. I would leave this dentist Asap. Regards ayesha
