I have been fortunate to have been able to use Darwen side Dental Practice for many years and always appreciate the service they have provided, and a special mention to Hudda Butt who I always find pleasant and so helpful.
Nice, friendly staff and they don't keep you waiting around. Had a nice deep clean and it got rid of all the stains
I, personally, have never had an issue with the practice except for one thing which was resolved same day. I however do know other patients of the practice who have had nothing but issues - consistently cancelled appointments, unclear information provided, plans and promises to do better set in place whilst in practice only to be told they would no longer be following the plan once out of practice, complaint procedure found to be insufficient, amongst others.
