I have been seeing Vlad for my back pain every couple of weeks over the last few months. The sessions have been very successful (easing my back pain) and very informative. Vlad explains the reason for each movement/exercise and how certain day to day activities may be causing pain. The exercises provided only take a few minutes each day but I have seen a vast improvement in my back pain. Can’t recommend Darwen Osteopath Clinic, particularly Vlad, enough. Something was going on with my back so initially I went the traditional route of the GP & physio to no avail. I was in pain for 5 months, had time off work; flare ups would be debilitating to the point where I couldn’t mobilise. Went to see Vlad, and within three sessions I was pain free. There’s no pressure in regard to appointments & Vlad and the team are so friendly, they put you at ease immediately. Well worth the money.
I’m currently undergoing treatment for an achilles injury that has been ongoing for 12 months. I genuinely could not be happier to have found Kerry at Darwen Osteopathic Clinic. The treatment she has given me in the past three weeks has been like magic and I cannot thank her enough. Fantastic clinic, amazing, friendly and welcoming staff and I highly recommend.
I have been under the care of an Osteopath named Vlad. He is very thorough in his job. Unlike physiotherapy, he explains what is wrong. He shows you diagrams, and then he does his massage or manipulation to help put it right. Then he tells you what you can do yourself to help between sessions. How many and how long you attend for is up to you. Apart from stretches, diet, and suppliments, he introduced me to two pieces of equipment that I have purchased and have really helped.
