I had a blood test done at Darwen Health Centre recently and was really impressed. The whole experience was smooth and efficient from the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very personable. The nurse who took my blood was not only professional and skilled but also made me feel completely at ease with her friendly manner. It’s rare to find healthcare delivered with this level of both efficacy and warmth. A real credit to the NHS thank you.

After a shocking experience trying to access some medical assistance from The Richmond Health Centre, Accrington, due to my husband having a fall we contacted yourselves, and received excellent treatment. The staff were all very pleasant, and helpful keeping us informed regarding waiting time throughout. Although we didn’t have an appointment, we were seen, treated, and able to leave within 60 minutes. Thank you, well done 👏👏

Doctors relatively nice from a personal experience and didn’t feel particularly rushed except in the treatment room as they were very busy

I went to get some stitches taken out and the staff were great, especially the nurse. She made me laugh the whole time and answered more questions than the doctors at the hospital ever did
