Improve on communication!
This Law Office is certainly competent, but it is not efficient. The Paralegal went on vacation on the day of our closing and the Attorney could not find the proper paperwork. Unforeseen difficulties, that should have been foreseen, arose later that further delayed closing. We were livid, the buyers of our property, an elderly couple, were in tears, the realtors were chasing around getting signatures that should have been procured by the Law Office, and the delays forced us to borrow additional monies to cover the closing on... read more
