Very disappointing experience. I scheduled my appointment well in advance of the April 15 deadline, but was later asked to reschedule without any explanation. During the call, filing an extension was mentioned, which I understood. However, bringing up payment expectations before any consultation felt premature and unprofessional. We chose to go elsewhere and had a much better, more professional experience. Would not recommend.
