Pretty rude and doesn’t help customers find what they need and sent us somewhere else wouldn’t even let us look around want customers maybe be nicer
I want to give Dart's True Value a five star review just because of the friendly staff, they are very helpful! If you're looking for any kind of a fastener, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, this is not a well stocked hardware store. Many shelves remain unstocked, and the store has the feel as if it's going out of business soon. I sincerely hope this store does not go under as it is needed in Payette.
As the General Manager of the store I would like to keep you updated as to the changes happening at Darts Hardware. First we have decided to leave the True Value Brand and become an independent hardware store. While True Value did get purchased by Do It Best we didn't feel that going that direction was right for us. We have secured a new source for product and here in the near future many of the shelves that have been lacking will be full again with new and familiar products.
