We are first time importers and found Dartrans on CBP website. From the first phone call Kelly was super helpful and friendly, she was patiently with us for all the questions we had and very supportful during the tariff up and down time (entire time)! Found Dartrans for importing our product. Dolores and Kelly handled all paperwork for us. They seemed so efficient from our very first phone call. We followed everything they asked us to do. Everything was done ahead of time. When went to pick up in New York, which was our choice, no questions asked. We were in and out with documents we needed in a half hour including being loaded. As we have never imported, they took the stress out of my life. I highly recommend them.
